When will my order be shipped?

Please allow up to 16 weeks for processing during our shop's busiest times as most items are made to order and completely handmade. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible and most are shipped within 1-2 weeks but processing times vary. If you want to place a rush order for priority mail, contact me before you place your order and I will let you know if that's possible at that time. Rush fee will vary on how busy the time of year is and how large the order is.

Will my order make it for Christmas 2022?
USPS first class shipping deadline is named at December 17th. I cannot guarantee items shipped by this time will make it for Christmas as USPS can be unpredictable. However, orders placed before my holiday order deadline will be shipped before this date! My holiday order deadline is December 1st for most custom products, and December 8th for everything as a solid deadline.

I accidentally put the wrong address, can I fix it?

If your order has not been shipped yet, contact me and I can change the address for you. If you notice after shipping, and the package is returned to me, you are responsible for any extra shipping fees. If you give me the wrong address and the post office seizes the package, I am not responsible.

I have an idea for a piece I would like but you don't sell it.

If you have an idea for a custom piece, feel free to contact me on this site or email me directly at [email protected]!

My piece isn't EXACTLY like an example I saw on your social media, why?

If you order a custom piece based on an example, it will be similar but I can not guarantee it will be exactly the same due to the fact I handmake all products :)

Returns/replacements?

NO refunds or returns due to the nature of the products. If a package is lost because of you putting an incorrect address, I will not be responsible for replacing it for free. I will provide tracking information and if that says it has been delivered, I will not offer replacements. If the tracking shows as delivers but you did not receive it, per the USPS instructions it is the package recipients duty to file a claim. I insure all of my packages so that this is possible! If the tracking shows the package has gotten lost or is stuck at the same stage for a long period of time, we will discuss the options of you filing the package as lost for a refund from USPS and a discounted replacement.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE THE PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED I AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE.
